The security measures that include

INTEGRATED CCTV SYSTEM

CCTV system shall be proposed to monitor high risk security and safety areas in order to deter, detect, disrupt and deny unwanted activities.
The CCTV cameras shall be as follows:
Detection: The ability to detect movement only.
Recognition: The ability to recognize a known person or vehicle.
Identify: The ability to identify a previously unknown person or vehicle
The CCTV system consist of Cameras, Network switches, Storage equipment’s, servers, Management software’s, cables etc. All the cameras shall have built in IR/night vision, Pant Tilt Zoom, 0 Lux, Varifocal, Edge storage and HLC feature.

FUNCTIONS OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (VSS)

Forensic (on-demand): Forensic uses are limited to viewing of recorded events as part f an investigation.
Interactively (active): Interactive uses include active monitoring where video is watched real-time as a tool to detecting and responding to events as they occur.
Command and Control Platform (active-integrated): When the VSS platform is integrated with other security systems, it can function as a very effective command and control tool. This type of integrated approach to security electronics is the ideal or best practice configuration.
It may be best to use the VSS to actively monitor cameras, and ideally, other security systems. This makes it a critical tool to maintaining a safe and secure environment for the bungalow’s guests and associates. A key objective of the system is to deliver the best images and other information efficiently to operators. As this is a continuous use system, the resiliency of the system and ease of its use with minimal strain on operators, is a vital consideration.

Physical Security system

Physical security measures help the building premises to restrict and regulate the vehicles and pedestal movements, it is essential for all kind of occupancies. The suitable physical security equipment’s like Vehicle barriers, Under vehicle surveillance System, X ray machines, walk through Metal Detectors, Hand metal detectors etc.
Any building premises shall have vehicles and pedestal access entry/exit points, based on the risk assessment the required physical barriers to be decided.
Vehicle barriers at entry/exit sides shall be Boom Barriers, Road blockers, Bollards, Tripods, VUSS etc.
Pedestal entry/exit access points shall be by means of DFMD, HHMD, X ray machines in order to order to search the luggage and/or supply products and personal belongings.

Integrated access control system

Access control system being planned to restrict the unauthorized access to sensitive areas of the bungalow for security and safety purposes and to deter, detect, disrupt and deny dishonest staff from committing crime against the owners and assets.
Access Control Locations: All unsupervised entrances to the back of house, CCTV / Security Control Room, IT Server rooms, main store, Basement floor entry, Critical areas etc.
Access to “sensitive” rooms (like important utility rooms) which are frequently use will be equipped with access control. “Sensitive” rooms which are not frequently used will be normally locked and key.
In case of Fire emergencies, all the access control doors shall be de energised by means local break glass or fire alarm integration.
Access credential may be Card, Biometric, face, Bluetooth etc.
Access controllers may be single door, two door, master slave configurations etc.
A Access control software is used to configure the credentials access with in the building based on the security policy.
